ONLINE RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. JEWELRY MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. FINAL SALE ON CLEARANCE & SEASONAL ITEMS.
At this time, we don't offer online exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, return it using our return process and then place a new order.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of arriving back to us. You will get an email as soon as your return is processed.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 - 5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays, with a $6.99 flat rate. Please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.

Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 - 9 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Priority Delivery

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Promo codes may not be combinable with other discounts, including site-wide sales and offers. Hang onto your code to use when the sale is over.
